As a USACG Team Member, you will enjoy the benefits of a program that gives you the tools and knowledge to succeed.  With our program, and help from other Team Members, you will be able to give customers accurate information, correctly write orders, and set expectations appropriately.  These three things will provide excellent “through point-of-sale” customer service earning you a good reputation and leading to referrals for future sales.

• USACG “Resource Site” for Team Members only.  This site is where you’ll conveniently find USACG Information, Manufacturer Information, Dealer Handbooks, Price Sheets, Order Forms, Rent-To-Own Contracts, and much more!
• USACG web site, USACarportGarages.com 
• USACG Facebook Page with posts that can be shared
• Team Members will have a “login” to our 3D Builder with correct pricing
• USACG Home Office handles all administrative tasks, order submissions, record keeping, and more...allowing you to stay focused on making sales

Time Requirement

USACG has no set time requirements to be a USACG Team Member.  With that said, the more time you dedicate to leads, emails, phone calls, etc, the more sales you’ll make.  It’s up to you to find your pefect balance.

Team Member Commitment

USACG asks new Team Members for a 12-month pledge to get trained, become educated on the various products and Manufactures, establish a pipeline of leads & customers, and allow themselves an opportunity for success.  Depending on the circumstances and the fact USACG will be sharing intellectual property, we may ask that a 12-month non-compete agreement be signed.  

Pay

USACG has a very generous (possibly the highest-paying in the industry) commission-sharing program.  Depending on whether you work independently or choose to partner with another USACG Team Member, you could earn over 10% of the Subtotal selling price.  More information is available upon request.
